Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale straw with bright green tints.
Aroma: Fresh-cut grass, gooseberry, lime zest, granadilla, a hint of green pepper.
Palate: Zesty and crisp, with vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, herbaceous green notes, and a long clean dry finish.

Food Pairings

Goat's cheese, fresh oysters, grilled fish, summer salads, sushi, lemon chicken, calamari. The classic match for green herbs — basil, mint, coriander, parsley.

Serving Suggestion

Serve at 6–8°C, very well chilled. Especially good on hot Mpumalanga afternoons.
