How to read the ledger

Each row is one rand or one tranche that crossed into the R20M counter. The columns are:

  1. Date — when the amount came in
  2. Source — the venture or transaction that produced it (a wine order, a consulting engagement, a book sale, etc.)
  3. Amount (ZAR) — the rand value of this entry
  4. Cumulative (ZAR) — running total of the journey to date
  5. Allocated to — the specific Impact Crown line item this rand was directed at (not "general fund")
  6. Receipt link — the Shopify order URL or invoice link, where applicable
  7. Notes — anything else worth recording

How this stays honest

The Google Sheet is the single source of truth. It is view-only public. We update it as money lands. The live counter on /pages/vibe-coding-r20m reflects the sum of this sheet. If the counter and the sheet ever disagree, the sheet wins and we fix the counter.
