No sponsors? No problem. Vibe Coding to R20 Million to fund The Impact Crown.

From midnight tonight, 31 May 2026, we are going to vibe code our way to R20 million to fund The Impact Crown.

No sponsors. No investors. No quiet board meetings. No proposals that come back with "unfortunately, our budget for the year is allocated."

Just code, vision, and a public counter starting at R0.

Why this, why now

The Impact Crown is a real organisation doing real work — a 230-strong 2026 youth development cohort, the Highveld Impact Crown programme, mentorship tracks, the books, the build. Real work needs real resources. The conventional path is the sponsor circuit. You polish the deck, you book the meeting, you wait. We've done enough of that to know what it costs in time, energy, and momentum.

So we're not doing it that way. Not this round. We are going to build the resources directly, in public, every day, using the tools available to a small founder team in Secunda with internet and conviction.

What "vibe coding" means

Vibe coding is the practical term for what happens when a human operator and an AI assistant build, ship, iterate, and ship again — together — at a tempo neither could sustain alone. The human brings the vision, the constraints, the taste, and the accountability. The AI brings unblocked execution speed across writing, code, design, documentation, and analysis.

The unit of progress is the day. The unit of decision is the conversation. The unit of trust is what shipped at the end of the day.

Our AI partner: Claude, by Anthropic

Claude has been our build partner for the last few weeks across Morara Winery, the storefront, the book launch, Impact Crown's content campaigns, and the Marvel Home Laundry rollout. The result of that partnership is everything you currently see on porshretail.co.za — catalogue, copy, collections, blogs, the Community page, the HIC registration page. From midnight tonight, the same partnership turns toward a single quantifiable target: R20 million for The Impact Crown.

The principles — the same four lines you'll see on the poster

  • No investors — no equity sold for what we are building. The Impact Crown is a mission, not a return profile.
  • No excuses — there will be slow days. There will not be quitting days. The counter moves or we publish what moved instead.
  • Just code + vision — the only inputs we control are what we know and what we can build. So that's all we will use.
  • Real impact, real legacy — every rand that arrives gets traced to a specific Impact Crown line item. No general fund handwaving. The receipts will be public.

How to follow along

The Vibe Coding to R20M live dashboard goes online at 00:00 SAST on 31 May 2026. From that minute, the counter starts. The page will show:

  • Current total raised toward R20 million
  • Days elapsed since launch
  • Average per day
  • Last update timestamp
  • Where each tranche was directed inside The Impact Crown

Bookmark porshretail.co.za/pages/vibe-coding-r20m. Check in daily, weekly, or whenever the counter crosses a round number worth toasting.

From GMM to the world

The poster says it: From GMM to the world. GMM is the Govan Mbeki Municipality, the cluster of towns in Mpumalanga where Secunda, eMbalenhle, Trichardt, Kinross, Evander, and the rest of the Highveld Impact Crown cohort live. The R20 million journey starts there because that's where we live. It scales from there because the work has to.

One vision. One system. Unlimited impact.

The vision is The Impact Crown. The system is vibe coding plus the Porshretail commercial engine plus public accountability. The impact is the 230 of 2026, and the 230 of 2027, and however many cohorts come after that.

R0 on Day 1. R20 million is the target. Watch the journey live.
